In a shell-and-tube evaporation kettle, the large volume of circulating liquid causes the liquid inside the kettle to turn into superheated steam as it passes through the upper part of the tubes; as a result, the gas temperature in the vaporization tubes is high, while the temperature of the liquid in the kettle is low. How to understand it!
The water inside must not be circulating properly, partly due to heating
