When testing the motor (55KW) individually, the vibration levels were within the acceptable range when the foot bolts were loosened; however, after the foot bolts were tightened, the horizontal vibration level exceeded the specified limit by 6.2 mm/s. There might be weak areas in the foundation; use a vibration meter to measure the vibration of the foundation and identify the area where the vibration is greatest. It is possible to consider prefabricating a steel base again
Take a one-yuan coin and place it at several points on the base; then observe the direction of vibration as well as the areas where the vibration is most intense
