Our company is an oil refining enterprise, and we have a project for hydrogen production that involves PSA programmable control valves. Some of these valves trigger alarms frequently, and the alarm duration is very short. We have already cleaned the sensors and ensured that there is no water in the air supply lines; we’re not sure what could be causing this issue. Could it be a problem with the quality of the sensors or some kind of blockage? We would appreciate it if experts in this field could provide some insights

See how the program handles it; generally, a delay is used, for example, the valve is opened for 2 seconds to check for any feedback. If there is only one feedback switch. There is almost no problem in applying a 2-second delay to a DN250 valve.
The response to alarms seems to have little to do with the operation of the programmable valve; if the programmable valve is functioning properly, then the issue lies mainly with the response switch, and a progressive switch can be used
I don’t understand what you mean by an alarm – is it an alarm that triggers when the valve is opened or when it is closed? Our programmable valve outputs a signal for valve inspection, as well as unrelated signals. Valve inspection is optical detection. Very accurate.

The response actually depends mainly on whether the valve moves properly and at the right speed.
