Seeking help with valve selection

I’m a newcomer; I need to choose a valve recently, and it’s very difficult for me to make a decision – I’ve spent a long time trying but still can’t decide. I was wondering, does anyone know of a valve that can be used in water-based media, with a flow rate of 3 L/min and a pressure drop of less than 40 KPa? The valve should have threaded connections, with threads of approximately G1/2 size (it’s not necessary for them to be exactly that size, but they shouldn’t be too large or too small) Or, could you all suggest where to look?
A needle valve should be chosen; one with a regulating valve head will work fine. If you need further assistance, please send me a private message and we can discuss it on QQ
