What type of invoice does an electrical maintenance technician use for repairs?

May I ask everyone, the electrical maintenance personnel in chemical plants carry out maintenance tasks such as checking distribution cabinets, inspecting motors, and replacing motor bearings. It is not for handling sudden production failures (proposed by operators). What type of work order should be issued at this time? Are there any regulations regarding this?

The maintenance work order has been canceled; there is one form for equipment handover, but that is intended for on-site equipment maintenance, and it does not seem to apply to regular or routine electrical maintenance. The form for submitting tickets is to be filled out by the production workshop. I told them to turn on the electrical equipment and hand over the tickets, but they said they wouldn’t do it since I wasn’t asking for any repairs. Please note that the mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance staff in our factory are not under the jurisdiction of the production workshop; they operate in a separate workshop. The factory management didn’t take this into account, so they don’t know how to proceed with the process. Dear everyone, have you encountered similar situations? How did you handle them?
