May I ask everyone, what are the principles for maintaining and replacing the lining of coal slurry electromagnetic flowmeters? Do companies with relevant experience conduct regular measurements of the lining of electromagnetic flowmeters, and use the measured dimensions as a basis for adjusting the lining?
The calibration interval for slurry electromagnetic flowmeters is quite short; calibration is necessary every six months. This is mainly to determine the degree of wear on the lining and electrodes, and then replace the lining or electrodes based on those findings
