The reactor uses a weight-loaded valve, while the regenerator employs an airfoil valve. When adding chemicals during the startup of the unit, how should the addition rate be controlled in order to reduce chemical leakage? Please, fellow sailors, help answer this. Thank you!
Of course, the faster, the better; there should be no pauses. Monitor the temperature carefully and add chemicals promptly to bring it down to the specified level. Once the material legs are sealed, start increasing the temperature again while adding chemicals.
I agree with the opinion of the moderator above; under normal circumstances, it’s better to add the additive as quickly as possible, as sealing the material legs earlier allows for an earlier increase in temperature.
