After water washing and water cooling, assuming that there is no water left in the cooled gas and the temperature is 40 degrees, can it be fed directly into the converter?
At 40 degrees, it can go directly into the conversion reactor without any water present; it is possible to use such a reactor, but there is no reaction heat generated. The conversion reactor is nothing more than a pipe with an increased diameter.
It should be possible, but the energy consumption will be very high
The transformation reaction is the reaction between carbon monoxide and water vapor; how can there be a reaction without water? Unless it is mixed again with superheated steam in the converter, then measures must be taken to prevent liquid water from emerging.
