Our factory has recently started attempting to reuse the sludge from the water treatment plant in the coking unit’s coke tower during periods of low water supply to that tower. So far, no technical issues have been encountered; however, there is still a lack of data regarding the impact on the yield of coke, as well as its ash and volatile matter content. Does anyone among you have experience working on this type of task? Please briefly talk about the extent to which it affects the quality of the product.
