Do pressure gauges and thermometers exported to Europe need CE certification?

I would like to ask fellow users: when sending pressure gauges and thermometers to Europe, under what circumstances is CE certification required? Do pressure gauges and thermometers used at normal temperature and low pressure require CE certification, or only those used at high pressure?
I have indeed encountered cases where European equipment requires CE certification; it seems that there is no distinction between high-voltage and low-voltage devices based on customer requirements. Also, isn’t CE certification intended for electrical products? Is CE certification still required even without electricity connection? ?
