Crystalline salt issue

When pipes are not insulated, large amounts of crystalline salts form due to temperature differences, which then block the pipes. Is there any simple way to deal with this?:) (The pipes can’t be moved.)
Here, we usually use heat tracing and insulation. Previously, crystallization caused blockages, as our crystals are insoluble in water; therefore, a large amount of hot water was used to dissolve the crystals~~~~

Three steam pipes can be connected for insertion, and steam is used for purging after completion
Cleaning the pipes in a timely manner is the most cost-effective solution. It’s similar to the methods used to prevent pipes from freezing in winter in the north: pipes won’t freeze if there’s no material inside them; compressed air or steam can be used – try to see which method works
Thank you. Unfortunately, we use plastic pipes, which cannot withstand high temperatures or pressures: lol:)
Is heating it to 50 degrees not enough? Plastic pipes shouldn’t be like this either
Heat tracing is recommended, preferably with steam purging. I work with MVR
