For methanol distillation, whom should you buy a tower from and whom should you hire to do the work for you?
It’s fine as long as the water circulates; this involves water flushing and integrated water operation. For purging, it is generally done before the trays are installed; purging should work in all cases. Just follow the process package when driving the machine; the internal components manufacturer should also provide guidance. It’s useless to look at others’ options, as each company has its own variations; it’s better to study the operating instructions for the process packages in detail and communicate more with the manufacturers of the internal components.
