There are 2 filter presses in a semi-enclosed room in the workshop, covering an area of about 40 m2. During operation, large amounts of hot air mixed with alkaline vapor are released; considering the operations that need to be carried out later, there is a high level of alkaline vapor present in this space. Now, consider whether acid mist can be produced using acidic water for neutralization (no human intervention is required during neutralization) ； If possible, please help offer some suggestions on how to atomize the acidic solution. I’m not very talented, but I came up with 2 ideas: one is something similar to a vegetable humidifier used in supermarkets, installed at the top of the room ； Another method is pumping, with the water outlet nozzle producing numerous small holes to achieve atomization. Can’t we use an exhaust fan to speed up air circulation? What if there’s too much acidity and an acidic smell appears?
The room is rectangular, and it is currently equipped with an exhaust fan. The effect is not very good.
Could it be that the number of units installed is too low, resulting in lower power? Is it possible to use larger units and try installing one more?
