Metering pump. The estimate for the smallest size is acceptable, taking corrosion resistance into account as well.
A metering pump, also known as a plunger pump, allows for adjustable flow rates; to achieve corrosion resistance, a diaphragm can be used – this should be possible.
Thank you all! For this pump, the key factor is its corrosion resistance, after all it has to handle 50% KOH solution. I also hope that its flow rate can remain stable at around 2–7 ml/min. Additionally, I would like to know what material would be suitable for the pipelines at the pump’s inlet and outlet :)
A diaphragm metering pump can be used, and PTFE-lined carbon steel can be selected for the piping and other materials.
