Is using nitrogen for stripping in the stripper effective?

The side stream from the splitter tower yields a refined washing oil, which is sent to the stripping tower for stripping; its flash point is around 30, which is below the required level of over 60. Subsequently, nitrogen stripping was tried, but the results were not satisfactory. Is there any better method?
We need to do some calculations first, right? A technician who is very familiar with this device can probably give direct advice.

Secondly, analyze whether the tray calculation is incorrect. Find a tray manufacturer, recalculate, and modify the trays to ensure satisfactory stripping.
