What is the lowest liquid level for an internal floating roof? Are there any international or domestic standards?
The support height of the floating disk is generally between 1.7 and 1.8 meters; therefore, the lowest liquid level is usually set at 2.0 meters to prevent the floating disk from reaching a level that could affect the seal.
Foreign clients rely on standards, preferably those based on American norms
On our process cards, the minimum liquid level is generally set at 2.5 meters
The minimum liquid level should be 20 CM to 50 CM higher than the height of the float support pillars; it must not be lower than the lifting height of the float, and areas that are not part of the measurement zone should be avoided
