For a 150t fuel and gas boiler, does the control valve require an auxiliary line? Who will be under a pressure of 14 MPa? What if the control valve fails when no bypass line is used?
If it’s just the water supply control valve that fails, there’s no need for that; doesn’t the control valve have a bypass? Manually adjust the bypass opening using the bypass based on the drum liquid level.
