Sulfur tank cleaning

There is a storage tank that was originally used to hold sulfur; it contains multiple layers of coils inside. Now it wants to be cleaned out so that other products can be stored in it. It needs to be cleaned out. Are there any things I should keep in mind? Should hydrogen sulfide be tested? Current instruments cannot detect hydrogen sulfide
Before entering for the first time, we went to a laboratory for analysis. We have hydrogen sulfide detectors and multi-functional alarms, but we basically don’t use them. For liquid sulfur, forced ventilation is preferred; those entering the area should wear dust masks at minimum, and it would be better if they also have gas protection. Not everyone can tolerate the smell inside. A worker who joined our factory a few years ago was told after a medical check-up that he was allergic to sulfur dioxide.
