What to do if the outlet pressure of the air compressor is too low? Regarding how to address the issue of excessively low outlet pressure in air compressors, the following solutions are proposed: 1. It is recommended that users of air compressors first check for any leaks in the pipelines; if no leaks are found, then it may be necessary to upgrade the air compressor. 2. Remove the intake valve for maintenance or to replace it with a repair kit. 3. Inspect and repair the part where air is leaking. 4. Adjust the upper pressure limit upward until it reaches the set value specified by the customer (it must remain within the rated pressure range). 5. Inspect the pressure switch; if it cannot be repaired, it needs to be replaced with a new one. 6. Adjust the settings on the computer, as well as calibrate the pressure transmitter; if the transmitter malfunctions, it needs to be replaced with a new one. 7. Remove the loaded solenoid valve for inspection; if it cannot be repaired, replace it with a new one. 8. Remove the air filter for maintenance; if it is clogged, replace it with a new one. 9. Check whether the pressure difference of the oil-gas separator has reached 0.8–1 kg; if so, it needs to be replaced with a new one. 10. Adjust the drive belt; if it is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one. 11. Replace the coupling for the intake air. 12. Replace the synchronous motor with a new one.
