It involves a process pump; the material has a solid content of less than 3%, a density of 1300 kg/m3, a temperature of 90°C, a flow rate of 500 kg/h, and a head of 30 m. Dear experts, is it feasible to use a centrifugal pump of the IH25-25-160 model, with a rated flow rate of 3.2 m3/h and a rated head of 32 mm, powered by a 1.5 kW motor (with 2.2 kW being the standard specification)?

XL 20-15-160, low-flow chemical process pump. For better domestic manufacturers, Dalian Shenlan can be chosen; for those of average quality, Shanghai Liancheng is a good option. If there is compressed air at the installation location, a pneumatic diaphragm pump can also be considered, but it is necessary to check whether it meets the process requirements.
