Why is a control valve used to vent pressure vessels?
Automatic control of intake and exhaust, capable of operating in automatic mode
If a control valve is not to be used, then what should be used instead? :)
Of course, a safety valve can be used instead of a control valve; their purposes are different and they are applied in different situations.
Using a manual valve isn’t an option when time is of the essence; the reason no safety valve was used is that this isn’t a location for fault relief, but rather a place where pressure needs to be released regularly.
It’s used only when it’s necessary to control pressure and discharge speed, right? If it’s used frequently and is in a location where it’s difficult to operate, it’s better to keep it; otherwise, operating it manually can be very tiring
In situations where overpressure is virtually unlikely, a manual valve can be chosen, along with a safety valve~~
