The heart is the director of life’s drama, while thoughts are the negative of life’s scenes. The root of everything lies within the heart; ignorance and attachment, resentment and hatred only cause turmoil in the heart and lead to unrest. Only by letting them go can one be relaxed and natural. Let go of worries to attain enlightenment; a change in mindset brings clear skies.
Hehe, Buddhist words. You want to let go, but you can’t. Sweet, sour, bitter, spicy – each has its own flavor; why try to escape? Peach blossoms and willow greens, each with its own charm; accept oneself and others, and that’s all that matters. Without love or hate, life is bland and uninteresting. Love and hate are not mistakes; what’s wrong is that we don’t know enough.
