Is there a problem with the “Read” feature on the forum lately?

After reading a post, when going back to it, the ‘read’ tag still appears on the previous post. For posts that have already been marked as read by another moderator, I can click ‘Mark as read’ again after going to them.
Haven’t you seen the messages sent out by the site administrator? It’s about debugging some kind of “theme cache” – are the read messages not visible?
This is a multi-user message sent by the cleaner, with a notification from 6 days ago. It is suggested to enable the topic cache feature, as this can speed up browsing and improve performance. Within a particular topic, the status of messages as having been read may not be updated in real time; one can use the “Topic List” to see up to which level the messages have been read (the Topic List is updated in real time). This feature is still in the testing phase
