Please read the following information carefully before applying: 1. Applicants must accept and strictly abide by the registration agreement on this website. 1. Register as an applicant. 2. Upload a photo. 3. Enter the registration system, enter, verify, and save the registration details. 4. Confirm the registration information. 5. Print the registration form. 6. Undergo eligibility verification in accordance with the regulations set by the local examination authority. 7. Pay the examination fee either in person or online. 8. Handling of violations and disciplinary offenses in professional and technical personnel qualification exams (1) If a candidate engages in any of the following behaviors during the exam, the score for that subject will be invalid: 1. Bringing items other than those permitted into the examination room and failing to place them in the designated areas; 2. Failing to fill in (mark) one’s personal information as required despite being reminded; 3. Writing one’s personal information in areas other than those designated on the exam paper, or marking information in other ways; 4. Taking the exam at a seat other than the one assigned, or leaving the seat or the examination room without permission from the exam staff; 5. Using papers or pens other than those specified, or having inconsistent handwriting on different parts of the exam paper; 6. Exchanging information by peeking at each other, whispering, or using gestures; 7. Consulting reference materials in violation of the rules; 8. Starting to answer the questions before the exam signal is given, or continuing to answer after the exam is over; 9. Other general violations and disciplinary offenses. (II) If a candidate engages in any of the following behaviors during the exam, the scores for all subjects taken in that exam will be invalid; if the candidate engages in any of the behaviors listed from item 3 to item 8, they shall not be allowed to take any professional and technical qualification exams for 2 years. 1. Plagiarizing, assisting others in plagiarizing exam answers or materials related to the exam content; 2. Passing around exam papers, answer sheets, response cards, draft paper, etc.; 3. Intentionally damaging exam papers, answer sheets, or response cards, or taking them out of the examination room; 4. Faking or altering identification documents or certificates, or obtaining exam eligibility by other improper means; 5. Allowing someone else to take the exam under one’s own name; 6. Spreading exam questions and answers after leaving the examination room but before it ends; 7. Colluding with exam staff to cheat or participating in organized cheating; 8. Using communication devices, electronic devices, or other technical means to receive or send information related to the exam; 9. Other serious violations of discipline and rules. (III) Candidates shall consciously maintain order in the examination venue and comply with the supervision of examination staff. Those who engage in any of the following behaviors shall be ordered to leave the examination room; if their actions disrupt the normal progress of the examination, they will be dealt with in accordance with Article (I) or Article (II), depending on the severity of the situation ； Those who violate the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments shall be handed over to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law. 1. Intentionally disrupting the order in examination venues such as test sites and examination rooms; 2. Refusing to cooperate or obstructing examination staff from carrying out their supervisory duties; 3. Threatening, insulting, slandering, or framing others; 4. Other behaviors that disrupt the order of examination management. (IV) Those who provide false certification materials or obtain the corresponding certificates by other improper means shall have the certificates declared invalid by the issuing authority, which shall also recall the certificates, and handle the matter in accordance with Article (II) of these provisions. (5) Those who take an exam on behalf of another person shall not be allowed to take any type of professional and technical qualification exam for 2 years. (VI) During the marking process, if any of the following situations is detected, the examination authority or the competent examination management department shall, based on the opinions of the marking expert panel, classify such papers as cheating papers and declare the scores for that subject invalid: 1. The written answers on papers for the same subject are highly similar in wording and major mistakes, or the number of identical mistakes reaches a certain proportion (i.e., identical papers); 2. The candidate failed to fill in (mark) their personal information as required; 3. Situations listed in items 3 and 5 of item (I) occur.
