Recently, Fuxin City in Liaoning Province and Guoneng Xinxing New Energy Group Co., Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement for the Guoneng Xinxing New Energy Fuxin Xinqiu Chemical Industry Park project in Shenyang, marking the official establishment of the Guoneng coal chemical project in the coal chemical industry base of Xinqiu District. It is understood that the Guoneng New Energy Fuxin Xinqiu Chemical Industry Park project is planned to have a total investment of 12 billion yuan, with an allocated land area of 3,000 mu. The project is divided into 9 sub-projects: coal gasification to produce syngas, air separation, thermoelectric power generation, water treatment, biogas, liquefied natural gas, ethylene glycol, resins, and equipment manufacturing. The construction of the first phase will commence in the near future. Upon completion of the entire project, it is expected to generate a total output value of 10 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 4 billion yuan, while creating nearly 2,000 direct job opportunities.
