Can bubble-breaking strips reduce the amount of ash in the gas produced by the gasification furnace?

May I ask whether replacing the rising pipe with a defoaming strip can reduce the ash content in the raw coal gas exiting the quench chamber? Improve the cleaning efficiency of the quench chamber?
Objectively speaking, no one has actual data on this. Subjectively, I think reducing the amount of ash carried by the gasification furnace relies mainly on having a sufficiently large quenching chamber. This is the main factor; the rest are just extra bonuses.
The quench chamber has a strong capacity to withstand heat loads, but its cleaning effect is not necessarily good.
This post was last edited by tfx511024 on 2016-11-11 at 12:44. As long as the diameter and height of the quenching chamber are sufficient, the problem of ash accumulation can be effectively resolved. In other words, the greater the load on the gasification furnace, the more severe the ash carryover is, as the thermal load in the quench chamber increases and the gas flow velocity speeds up, both of which lead to severe ash carryover. Additionally, the quench chamber can be seen to have two functions: 1. Cooling down, and controlling the gas-to-vapor ratio. 2. Dust removal, with two functions: impact dust removal and gravity dust removal
