Which English exam is required for an intermediate professional title? Science and Engineering B or Science and Engineering C? Located in Yantai
It is recommended that you go to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in your respective city to seek advice; such bureaus usually have a “Professional Titles Section”! The specific registration for the exam is available on the official website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, usually in March or April each year.
I would like to ask – as far as I know, those with an intermediate level are exempt from the professional English exam!

If taking the exam, it should be Science and Engineering B
For intermediate professional titles, the English test is at level B for science and engineering; for senior professional titles, it is at level A. Level A can be used to obtain an intermediate title as well as a senior title, but it can only be used once. It is recommended to pass level B first before attempting level A
