It’s an old device; this fault has always been present.
1. The issue with the pump; if this problem persists, the chances are low. 2. Uneven flow distribution in the two furnace tubes, or internal coking leading to uneven flow. 3. Is the load exceeding the designed value?~~~ 4. The initial liquid removal was inadequate, resulting in water vapor in the oil; this caused significant vibration once it entered the furnace tubes. 5. Are the spring supports at the inlet and outlet in use? Check whether the fixing support is deformed and unable to provide support 6. Is the pressure drop of the reactor a bit high? Catalyst coking can also cause obstacles to the flow of oil into the reactor, resulting in excessive backpressure~~~
