I have never seen an instrument for directly measuring the oxygen content in steam. The standard for the oxygen content in boiler feed water involves cooling the hot water coming out of the thermal deaerator using a heat exchanger before discharge (as a steam-water mixture); thereafter, probes are used for on-line detection, and such instruments are quite mature.
It’s unlikely that such an oxygen analyzer exists~~ One reason is the high temperature, and the other is the high water content~~ It’s better to simply measure the dissolved oxygen level in the water supply~~
