The gauge shows that the pressure at the top of the tower is -0.1 Mpa; is the degree of vacuum therefore 735.6 millimeters of mercury? If the vacuum level at the top of the tower is higher than 735.6 mmHg, should the gauge reading then be considered out of range?
Absolute pressure cannot be below 0, so the vacuum level cannot exceed 735.6 millimeters of mercury
