I think you still need to revise and prepare it based on the actual conditions of your own factory. Revisions are simply based on whether there were any changes originally. If there are no changes, then just change the date and sign to complete it.

Study and organize the technical documentation of suppliers’ products, and create relevant materials by referring to relevant templates in light of the actual conditions of the factory ； 4. The first draft is completed; please have relevant experts from various fields review, verify, and provide guidance ； 5. Revise the draft ； 6. Retrial ； 7. Make minor revisions and finalize the draft. 8.
