Recently, the company has been heavily involved in document revisions, and various electrical operation manuals are needed – such as maintenance procedure manuals for molecular sieve electric heaters, and maintenance procedure manuals for MAC/BAC motors... Please help!
I think you still need to revise and prepare it based on the actual conditions of your own factory. Revisions are simply based on whether there were any changes originally. If there are no changes, then just change the date and sign to complete it.
The problem didn’t exist before, and I just started working here
1. First, it is necessary to collect the technical documentation from the suppliers and manufacturers of the relevant products; 2. Collect the corresponding work instruction template online ; 3. Study and organize the technical documentation of suppliers’ products, and create relevant materials by referring to relevant templates in light of the actual conditions of the factory ; 4. The first draft is completed; please have relevant experts from various fields review, verify, and provide guidance ; 5. Revise the draft ; 6. Retrial ; 7. Make minor revisions and finalize the draft. 8. In future practice, continuous updates and revisions shall be made based on actual conditions. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is my personal way of thinking, for reference only.
