Please share some experienced insights on the material selection for titanium flanges

For a recent project, titanium flanges are required. The initial material choice is TA10; the operating temperature is 280 degrees, the pressure is 9.0 MPa, and the medium involved is fragrance wastewater. Could you please advise me on how to select the flanges, as well as the gaskets and fasteners? My pipes follow American standards. An experienced sea traveler, please give some advice; I’m in a bit of a hurry
Now that the material has been chosen, as well as the operating temperature and pressure, it’s sufficient to select a flange suitable for that pressure. Metal wound gaskets can be used as gaskets, and titanium materials should be preferred for fasteners, as titanium will corrode when in contact with steel. I hope this can help you!
