I think it would be better to be responsible for distributing tasks across regions, working with those regions to foster technical exchanges and help identify talented technicians; outstanding technical topics should be continued

The selection of outstanding technical posts on a monthly basis currently sees very low participation; the selection for September also has low participation at present, so it has been put on hold. It is recommended to contact the moderators in each region to encourage more people to participate. 2. I agree to the call for videos in the enhanced Populus euphratica version; this will help expand the online training platform and lower the threshold for purchasing. 3. Currently, technical personnel lack motivation and enthusiasm; it is recommended to provide strong incentives! For example, increase the intensity of rewards and punishments! The technical videos I’m referring to are those part of the upload campaign for “technical videos” on HaiChuan, as called for by administrator zhangqi1234 at http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1614478-1-1.html. These videos provide guidance for beginners in various roles as well as share experiences. Currently, the site administrator has designated this campaign as one of the most important events for HaiChuan in 2016, yet there has been very little response from people who should be participating. It’s a technical video after all, so the technical team should take the initiative to respond and organize things.
Technical videos: they have potential, are intuitive, and easy to understand.
