I’m wondering what the temperature of the special valve fuel tank is in various catalytic units during winter. What is the method used for heating? Here, the temperature is low; it’s around 0 degrees in winter. The heating method used is a small heat exchanger, and its heating efficiency is average
The temperature of 0° you mentioned – is it the outdoor air temperature or the temperature of the oil in the tank? We don’t need to use heating in winter here; maybe it’s because the device is small and so are its valves.
It’s the tank temperature that’s below 5 degrees, which is triggering the alarm; the outdoor temperature is currently at minus 17 degrees
On the actuators of your slide valves, in addition to the circulating water, there should also be a low-pressure steam line that connects to the inlet line for the circulating water; this steam is used for heating during winter. In fact, circulating water is used for cooling in summer and for heating in winter.
We still use circulating water here; in winter, we ensure that the temperature of the circulating water stays at 30°C, so there are basically no issues! Mainly, the pipelines in this area are usually relatively small; as long as they remain unobstructed, there should be no problem!
In summer, enhance ventilation and use circulating water; in winter, improve insulation and use heat tracing
My oil cooler seems quite small; it’s difficult to cool the water with it in summer, and it’s hard to raise the temperature in winter. What size are your oil coolers? Could you send a photo?

We have now designed a circulation system for the oil tank; a few days ago the temperature was minus fifteen degrees, and the oil temperature was also below zero. Since the circulation water wasn’t in use at that time, it should be possible to raise the temperature if that system is activated
