Is it better to choose a centrifugal compressor or a reciprocating compressor? What are their advantages and disadvantages?
What needs to be considered here are flow rate, exhaust pressure, compression ratio, routine maintenance, energy consumption, and initial investment; a reciprocating type should be chosen.

For a unit with a pressure increase of 2 kg, a small machine; a reciprocating pump or a high-speed centrifugal blower can be used. In terms of reliability, high-speed centrifugal pumps are better; in terms of cost, reciprocating pumps are more economical. FYI
Is the pressure difference too low as well? Just get a small booster pump
