Can equipment such as ammonia evaporators, ammonia off-gas absorption tanks, ammonia gas-liquid separators, and gaseous ammonia buffer tanks be installed within the fire dike of the 2 liquid ammonia spherical tanks (at normal temperature and medium pressure)?
