What are the eligibility criteria for exemption from the basic examination for water supply and drainage engineers?

What are everyone’s thoughts on the criteria for exemption from the basic exam? I took a look at the exam details; the basic exam can be waived, but there’s a requirement related to the period before 2002. What does that mean? Was the required length of service met by 2002? So by 2016, that means over 20 years of work experience! I have been working for 7 years now with a master’s degree; can I be exempt from the exam?
I’m sorry, I can’t. Testing the basics is a piece of cake.
It’s disgusting! Another year is needed to take the basic courses; the exams can be retaken, and it feels like such a long time……
Don’t underestimate the basics; there’s a great deal of content in closed-book exams, and it’s difficult to do well without studying properly.
