Daily safety assessment items

Dear experts, I would like to implement a monthly safety inspection evaluation system in my company – that is, to inspect the safety and environmental protection conditions in each workshop on a monthly basis, and award rewards based on the results of those inspections. I came up with the following points: daily inspection of the use of personal protective equipment in the workshop, checking for any violations of labor discipline, proper classification of hazardous waste, prevention of leaks and spills, safety incidents, inspection of fire-fighting equipment, and maintenance of safety protection facilities. These are the only things that come to mind for now. Do you experts think there are any other items that should be checked? My company is not in any high-risk industry, and its employees are all quite experienced; I’m not sure whether this initiative will help to increase their awareness of safety and environmental protection.
