At what system pressure can the online hydrogen analyzer be put into use? The pressure in the exhaust gas absorption tower is around 12 kPa; as a result, there isn’t enough purified exhaust gas available for the hydrogen analyzer, and no sample gas can be obtained. Therefore, the online hydrogen analyzer cannot be used. What is the ratio of the amount of purified exhaust gas to the amount of hydrogen?
I have no idea what’s being talked about – no mention of any devices or instruments, and the control conditions aren’t clear either.
The hydrogen online analyzers used in the hydrogenation section of sulfur recovery units are generally installed at a distance, and gas pumps are employed to draw sample gases, thereby preventing issues arising from low system pressure under light load conditions that could affect the operation of these online analytical instruments.
We have two systems here: one is used during start-up and shutdown phases for a rough overview, while the other imported system must be put into use only under normal operating conditions. But I think both are still good!
