When the external flushing scheme is used, does the seal flushing water filter tend to get damaged? Should we prepare a spare part? If so, will the machine seal manufacturer provide it?

The mechanical seal flushing water filter requires no spare parts, and it’s simple to clean on a regular basis; if the flushing water is very dirty, it’s better not to use it for flushing at all.
Generally, two filters are connected in parallel, one in use and one as a backup, allowing for switching between them as well as for maintenance. If the manufacturer does not connect two in parallel, and your medium is not very clean, it is prone to clogging, which is a problem.
