Equipment lifting point location and lifting point load

Generally speaking, which discipline should determine the lifting point location and the lifting load for the equipment? Civil engineering? Or structure? It can’t possibly be proposed in the equipment design. Are there any standards, specifications, or catalogs that provide instructions on this? I would be very grateful if you could all **give some advice~~~**
The lifting point location for the equipment is definitely determined by the equipment manufacturer or the factory; once the lifting point location is established, the load capacity at that point can be determined as well
Hello. What I mean is not the lifting position on the equipment. Rather, it is used for lifting equipment during installation or maintenance; can the equipment manufacturer provide information on the lifting points on the floor slab and the loads they can handle? There’s something that just doesn’t seem right.
That’s something that requires professional installation; they need to handle it
