There is currently a high-temperature flue gas pipeline (with a design temperature of 550°C, a diameter of DN1000 mm, and a pressure of 10 kPa). For such a pipeline, if the system resistance is high, it is possible to install an axial flow fan at the outlet of the flue gas pipeline. Are there fans suitable for this type of application?

The limit to the increase in the motor’s temperature compared to the surrounding ambient temperature. Insulation temperature class: Class A, Class E, Class B, Class F, Class H. Maximum allowable temperature (°C): 105, 120, 130, 155, 180. Limit on winding temperature rise (K): 60, 75, 80, 100, 125. Reference temperature for performance (°C): 80, 95, 100, 120, 145. At the maximum Class H temperature of 550°C, the motor can no longer function. There are few, if any. Why not use an exhaust fan? Isn’t that different?
The motor of the axial flow fan is in the middle, right in the high-temperature area. The induced draft fan motor is separated from the fan, and a fan with alloy blades that can withstand high temperatures will suffice.
We produce low-resistance, high-efficiency condensers. When flue gas at 550 degrees passes through such a condenser to heat water, the temperature of the flue gas can be reduced to below 60 degrees, with a flue gas resistance of only 0.3 Kpa. I’m not sure if this will work in your application

Your condenser must be a complete unit, used for heat exchange with water to produce superheated steam, right? There is also ash in the smoke; is it necessary to treat it in advance or something?

Our waste gas/water heat exchangers use 316L corrugated plates (316Ti is also an option), adopt a shell-and-tube heat exchanger design, and have a self-cleaning function. It can be designed and customized according to user requirements; the heat exchanger produced using existing molds is capable of handling an exhaust gas flow rate of 3 kg/s. Dimensions (length×width×height) in mm: 750×2250×2640; weight when filled with water: 3.5 tons.
