Compressor startup and shutdown, oil system logic – are the startup logic, oil pump logic, and oil heater usually implemented in the ITCC or in the DCS?
The general start/stop logic and the auto-start logic for the lubricating oil pump are both in the ITCC, while the heater is in the DCS.
Generally, it is implemented in ITCC, such as the automatic start of oil pumps
Since it is ITCC, it includes all the logic related to the units
In ITCC, everything mentioned by the poster should be part of a complete set of equipment, and all of it should be placed in ITCC for easy monitoring. The ITCC itself is a comprehensive turbine control system.
If there is ITCC, then do it in ITCC.
