No, the design specifications for control rooms recommend that they not be located adjacent to electrical distribution rooms, in order to prevent electromagnetic interference, especially from high-voltage power distribution

I’ve definitely seen cases where it’s done by placing elements one above the other; I’ve done it myself as well, and no one objected during the review process. But I’ve always thought it’s not appropriate
