After the reactor main air supply is activated for self-protection, can the various pumps used for fractionation maintain operation without running dry for long? In other words, before the main air self-protection system is restored, could the top circulation of the fractionation unit and the intermediate pump get evacuated?
Filling it with rough steam at the top and diesel in the middle allows it to remain unfilled for a very long time.
For a tower cycle, as long as the pressure is maintained at the top and vaporization occurs at the bottom, with proper temperature control for the reflux in each section, there should be no major problems!
I basically never have time. And it can also be filled from the inside; most pump units come with cross-cables.

The reaction feed has been cut off; there is basically no load in the distillation column. The top temperature is controlled by the cold reflux, as long as the slurry circulation remains uninterrupted. After the main air is cut off, the catalyst in the reverse-reaction system ceases to circulate; even if the slurry is stopped for a short period of time, there is no major problem! Remember to take the slurry after resuming fluidization and test the solid content!
