**On April 27, 2012, the State Administration of Work Safety issued the \"Interim Measures for the Supervision and Management of Occupational Health Technology Service Institutions\": http://www.chinasafety.gov.cn/newpage/Contents/Channel_20697/2012/0504/171615/content_171615.htm. The Ministry of Health, on its part, issued the \"Measures for the Management of Occupational Health Technology Service Institutions\" on July 31, 2002: http://www.nhfpc.gov.cn/fzs/s357...09d3196a88ef8.shtml. Do these two regulations supersede each other? It doesn’t seem to be clearly stated. @Without regret @zhaolijun
Article 49: Prior to December 31, 2011, those occupational health technology service institutions that had already obtained a qualification certificate for such services in accordance with the relevant regulations of the health administration department under the State Council shall, in accordance with the provisions of these measures, apply to the work safety supervision and management department for a replacement qualification certificate printed uniformly by the General Administration of Work Safety, with the validity period remaining unchanged; After the expiration of the validity period, those who wish to continue providing occupational health technical services shall apply for the renewal of their qualifications in accordance with the provisions of these measures. It has replaced it! After all, occupational health work is now under the responsibility of the work safety supervision department. So, it shall be governed by safety regulations!
Now I’ve learned it. Make up for the shortcomings in this area
