Do you know? In fact, each of us lives within an invisible bubble, which is the specific space surrounding an individual. The need of living organisms for a specific personal space around them, sometimes referred to as a sense of territory, stems from human biological instincts. Psychologists define personal space as the area that we share with other people; having such an area gives people a sense of security and belonging. Everyone has a realm that they do not allow others to enter at will. If other people enter this area casually, we feel uncomfortable, become annoyed, experience an unpleasant sensation, and quickly want to leave. We will fight to defend this area from interference by others. When everyone is busy, as long as you don’t disturb me while I’m working, you can do whatever you want; it seems like there’s no such thing as a personal space anymore. But when you’re not busy, what do you think of colleagues who intrude into your personal space? How should it be handled? I ran into someone like that: they came behind me, glanced at the calendar, then stared at my computer screen for a while (because I was replying to messages in a forum), speaking in a very loud voice, “What are you doing?” ”
Damn it, why the hell are you showing off when you have nothing to do? Damn it!
That’s an opposing viewpoint; take a clear side. Damn it, this guy runs over and stands behind me, interfering with my posting volume.
I think I chose the opposing side~~~~ Seriously, there’s no need to be proud about it~ Just tell him to get lost~
Oh, I didn’t choose it when posting. This guy is even more idle than me, as he hasn’t had any work for several years, yet his position still has to be kept in the organizational structure. They keep wanting to come and chat with me; it’s annoying, and there’s nothing new to talk about anyway.
What can be done? Anyway, they are still colleagues and under my management. It’s understandable that he wants to come over to talk about their relationship, right?
Well, let’s chat while we’re at it – the Dragon Boat Festival is in two days; where are you planning to go? The Haichuan Forum is a good option; you should give it a try too
Come on, it’s been done several times already. Gentlemen from the late 60s – full of personality and willing to rely on their age. It’s not a problem to go on stage, but the issue is not to talk around. Although everyone knows it’s not that busy and there are plenty of people who secretly use their phones, it’s not good if you make a big deal out of it. I got some HaiChuan cups; I took them home in a low-key manner. :sleepy:
These stubborn old people are the most terrifying~
Yeah, not only is it difficult to manage, but when problems arise they like to push them on you – what a shrewd guy. Sigh~
