No major or severe accidents occurred last week, but several significant accidents did take place in sectors such as construction, other industries and commerce, road transportation, and fishing vessels, resulting in multiple deaths and people missing ； Among these, the most accidents occurred in road transport, with 10 incidents resulting in 41 deaths. Safety accidents are as dangerous as tigers, and their impact on people does not lessen with the approaching Spring Festival. We must always keep safety in production top of mind, thoroughly identify all types of safety hazards, and promptly eliminate any signs of such hazards. We should also encourage all sectors of society to pay attention to the new trends and issues arising from safety accidents and potential hazards, thereby enhancing awareness of prevention and improving the overall safety literacy of the population. When we see someone breaking the rules or in danger, a question or a reminder might help them avoid an accident. Safety work is essentially about saving lives; it starts with small things in our daily lives, aiming to eliminate all potential hazards before accidents occur, so that all our activities can take place in a safe environment.
