Long-neck nozzle flow meter

There is a question now: I have a long-neck nozzle flow meter that is used in an ultra-high pressure steam environment, with a pressure rating of class 2500 (PN420). Can it be welded using the butt welding method? (Since all other instruments use butt welding, it would be inconvenient to use socket welding.) With such a high pressure rating, will butt welding be sufficient?
The pressure rating is high; welded connections don’t seem to be an option, do they? !
I remember that when the pressure level exceeds the specified value, socket welding must be used
But the problem now is that all the other instruments in this device are of the butt-weld type, and according to the uniform requirements, it’s unlikely that socket welding can be used for this single instrument
