Due to the Spring Festival holiday, the water temperature in the sewage biological treatment tank has dropped to 13°C. How can biological treatment operations be resumed as soon as possible?
First, the water temperature needs to be raised, which can be achieved by aeration； Check the bacterial condition and provide appropriate nutrition or a small amount of water.
Shut down all the equipment in the aerobic tank to allow the sludge to settle; add some water to replace the old water (this is like giving the sludge a ‘bathe’). Then stop adding water, start up all the equipment for aeration – aerate for 4 hours. Add a little more water afterward, as the microorganisms need energy and cannot do without water; repeat the process of aerating and adding water several times until everything is fine
